High School Hoops Stars to Gather for 39th Annual Capital Classic

The 39th annual Capital Classic is set to invade the Washington, D.C. metro area April 21 at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Va. The event will collect some of the finest high school senior talent from around the area to star in a series of all-star games, which in the past have included players such as Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony and Dwight Howard.moreMore Arrow

March 14, 2012 - The Largo Lions came within points of being the only high school in Prince George’s County, Md. to win a basketball title this season; instead, they fell short, 70-64, to Lake Clifton of Baltimore, Md. on March 10 in the 2A state championship game at the Comcast Center in College Park, Md.

Baltimore’s Patterson Wins 3A Regional Final, Advances to State Semifinal

March 05, 2012 - The Patterson Clippers of Baltimore, Md. advanced on to the Maryland state semifinals after pulling off a comeback victory over Milford Mill Academy (Baltimore County) in the 3A North regional finals on March 3. The Clippers overcame a nine-point deficit during the final minute of the third quarter, and out-scrapped Milford Mill in the fourth quarter to pull away with a 75-72 win.more More Arrow
